Chessie Sabino, Senior Property Manager, is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with nearly a decade of experience managing Class A office and mixed-use properties across the West Coast. At WCB Commercial Properties, she oversees more than one million square feet of office assets, providing strategic leadership across operations, financial performance, and tenant relations. Chessie is known for her ability to translate ownership objectives into disciplined execution while maintaining high standards of service and building performance.

Chessie has played a key role in several of Portland’s landmark developments, including Broadway Tower and Block 216, home to the city’s first Ritz-Carlton, where she supported operational readiness and established long-term management frameworks in coordination with development teams. Previously with Urban Renaissance Group, she managed prominent downtown assets and supported major capital initiatives, including a $28 million building renovation. Recognized for her hands-on approach and attention to detail, Chessie has supported transactions totaling more than $130 million, and implemented efficiencies that enhance value for both ownership and tenants. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Memphis and is a licensed Oregon Real Estate Broker.
