Gina Cziraki

Gina Cziraki, Vice President of Finance, brings more than 30 years of senior-level finance and accounting experience across commercial real estate, multifamily, senior living, hospitality, construction, and retail. She began her career in public accounting with audit and tax experience, including at Deloitte & Touche, and has since held executive finance leadership roles including CFO, Senior Vice President of Finance, and Controller for complex, multi-entity organizations. Gina is known for her ability to step into challenging environments, stabilize operations, and deliver disciplined financial oversight throughout the full real estate lifecycle from development and acquisition through operations, dispositions, and wind-downs.

In her role, Gina oversees accounting and financial reporting for multiple entities, working closely with ownership and property management to ensure accuracy, transparency, and performance. Her expertise spans GAAP reporting, audits, tax compliance, cash management, investor and lender relations, process improvement, and major accounting software conversions. A trusted advisor and hands-on leader, Gina is recognized for building strong teams, improving systems, and bringing clarity to complex financial structures. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Arizona and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1995.
