Jamie Waters, Accounting Manager, brings more than 13 years of accounting and financial management experience with a strong foundation in real estate operations. After earning a double major in Accounting and Finance from Portland State University, Jamie began her career with BPM Real Estate in 2015 as a General Ledger Accountant, where she managed a large portfolio of senior living and multifamily assets. In this role, she played a key part in maintaining effective communication and trust between ownership and on-site management teams, ensuring accurate reporting and smooth day-to-day operations.

Jamie later advanced into an Accounting Manager role at a local firm, overseeing a team of accountants while managing all financial functions for a multi-location franchise. She returned to BPM in 2019 and now serves as Senior Accounting Manager, providing accounting oversight, payroll and HR support, financial analysis, and lender reporting across multiple entities. Known for her ability to manage complex portfolios, onboard new assets, and support ownership transitions following sales, Jamie is a trusted leader valued for her accuracy, responsiveness, and ability to keep fast-moving organizations running efficiently.
