DeAnna Amende, Vice President, Commercial Assets, brings 30 years of experience managing premier office, retail, and industrial properties across California, Arizona, Oregon, and Washington, with a particular focus on Class A office assets in urban markets. At WCB Commercial Properties, she leads a team responsible for a portfolio of high-performing occupier assets including Tempus AI, Ambry Genetics, and PetSmart. DeAnna is recognized for her ability to align operational execution with ownership objectives while maintaining consistently high standards across complex portfolios.

DeAnna’s career includes senior leadership roles with respected national and international real estate firms, where she managed multi-building portfolios and led major capital improvement and repositioning initiatives. Known for coordinating multidisciplinary teams, she delivers efficient, detail-driven execution of tenant improvements and large-scale projects while prioritizing tenant satisfaction and asset performance. DeAnna holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Arizona State University, is a licensed real estate agent in California and Principal Broker in Oregon and holds both the IREM Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation and a BOMI ESG Certification. She served as President of IREM Oregon–Columbia River (2024–2025) and continues to serve on the Board of Directors.
