Steven Gish

Chief Financial Officer

Steven Gish, Chief Financial Officer, brings more than three decades of trusted financial leadership and institutional knowledge to the Bowen organization. He has served as Chief Financial Officer for Walter C. Bowen and as Director of the Walter C. Bowen Trust since August 2015, with responsibility for the financial oversight of a $220 million commercial office portfolio. Steve’s long-standing partnership with ownership is rooted in more than 34 years of service across Bowen-affiliated companies, providing continuity, discipline, and strategic financial stewardship.

Prior to his current role, Steve served as Chief Financial Officer of BPM Senior Living Company, where he oversaw the financial, accounting, reporting, and administrative functions of a private-pay assisted living, Alzheimer’s, and independent retirement community platform. Earlier in his career, he held senior finance roles as Treasurer and Controller for an industrial manufacturing company and spent eight years in public accounting. A Certified Public Accountant, Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Oregon and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Oregon Humane Society.
